How do I log into SUMS?
  1. Click the Login Button in the top right

  2. Enter your Email Address

  3. Enter your Password

  4. Click Sign In

Logging In

How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it easily by following these steps:

  1. Request Password Reset:

    • Click Login

    • Click I’ve Forgotten My Password?

    • Enter Your Email Address:
      Please enter the email address associated with your account in the field below.

    • Click the "Send Reset Link" button, and we'll email you a link to reset your password.

  2. Check Your Email:

    • Open the email from SUMS and click on the reset link.

    • If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

  3. Create a New Password:

    • Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

    • Ensure your new password is strong and secure. It should be at least 8 characters long and include a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

  4. Log In with Your New Password:

    • Once your password has been successfully reset, you can log in with your new password.

Manufacturer Help

What is approved/target firmware?

Approved (or Target) Firmware is the firmware that vehicle manufacturers have tested and verified to work on their build. In many cases, this may be different from the latest firmware released by the Device Manufacturer.

Once a firmware version is approved or set to the Target Firmware, this firmware version will be sent out to workshops when they check for updates.
